Our management services facilitate the use of resources. Our service offering includes medical title packages, use and management services for e-resources (such as the PubMed linking service) and medical e-books.

As our customer, you are served by the most competent information service professionals with extensive experience in the industry. You can reach our academic and medical library team on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We serve you in your language.

Our ERC team provides comprehensive support for using e-resources and technological solutions

Our ERC (Electronic Resources Consulting) team focuses on serving our customers in the acquisition, use and management of electronic resources. With us as your partner in all matters related to e-resources and technical solutions, you have time to concentrate on your own work and customers.

In addition, we organise industry seminars and actively participate in the activities of medical library organisations.
